App Tester includes in-app help for campaigns and feedback. For listing issues, refunds, and device compatibility, use Google Play.
Open Google PlayTester Google Group
Everyone joins this shared group first. Developers add the same email in Play Console → Closed testing → Testers → Google Groups.

Open Google GroupJoining a campaign
Install App Tester from Google Play, sign in with Google, then join with the campaign code or invite. After that, install the developer’s closed-test package from Play — a store link alone is not enough.
Feedback and points
Complete the checklist, submit structured feedback, and attach screenshots only when the campaign asks for proof. Points are non-cash and may require developer review.
Publisher
GIXSOFT publishes the app and the privacy policy. Other GIXSOFT products are separate apps.
Can’t open Google Groups?
On some phones, networks, or countries, Google Groups may be blocked. Install free 1.1.1.1 + WARP (Cloudflare), connect, join the tester group, then return to App Tester. You do not need to buy WARP+.

Android
- Install 1.1.1.1 + WARP: Safer Internet from Google Play.
- Open the app and tap the big button to connect.
- Allow the VPN permission when Android asks. Wait until status is Connected.
- Keep it on, open Chrome, open the Google Group link, and sign in with the same Google account you use in App Tester.
- Tap Ask to join / Join group, then open App Tester again. You can disconnect 1.1.1.1 afterward.
Windows
- Download 1.1.1.1 with WARP from the Cloudflare site.
- Install and open the app, then turn the connection on until it shows Connected.
- Open Chrome or Edge, open the Google Group link, sign in with the same Google account, and join the group.
- You can turn WARP off later if you want.
Mac
- Download 1.1.1.1 with WARP from the Cloudflare site (or the Mac App Store).
- Install/open the app and allow VPN / Network Extension if macOS asks.
- Connect until status is Connected.
- Open Safari or Chrome, open the Google Group link, join with the same Google account, then return to App Tester.
This is optional network help only. Use tools that are legal where you live. Free 1.1.1.1 + WARP is enough — you do not need a paid plan.
